Frequency:

One drawing per day for each prize, with one entry per day per person. Drawings held at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

Pay-Out:

	$1 Million: 20 annual installments of $50,000 each. (paid over 20 years).

Buddy System:

Not only do you get 20% of whatever your buddy wins, but it goes down four levels. Which means not only do you get rewarded for signing up other people, you get rewarded for getting them to sign up other people.

So when your buddy gets buddies to sign up, you get paid some of their winnings too. Example: your buddy's buddy wins $1 million, your buddy gets 20%, or $200,000. You get 20% of what your buddy got, so you get $40,000. Still not a bad little wad of cash {grin}.

What makes this so cool? Let's say you have 3 buddies, and not only have you convinced them to start playing online lotteries (possibly with the help of the page describing The Dream). But you've also encouraged each of those buddies to get three of their buddies to join. Since this system goes down for levels, that means the total number of new players is 3 + (3 x 3) + (3 x 3 x 3) + (3 x 3 x 3 x 3) or a total of 120 people playing.
