Okay, let's face it. If you want good odds, go play blackjack in a real-life casino.
Lottery odds are some of the worst odds in any gambling game you can find.
However, the word-wide web lottery games change all that. The chances of winning a
single game are still really small (understatement), but what are the "odds", really,
when the money invested equals zero?
Strategy in a nutshell is the same as that slogan you see in the state lottery ads on
television: you can't win if you don't play. Let's extend this a bit:
 | Since there is no cost, it makes sense to play as often as possible. If you play twice
instead of once, you just doubled your chance of winning. And so on. |
 | So then, the key is to play regularly. But here you are your own worst enemy. It's easy
to get discouraged when you play over and over and over and don't win a single thing. When
that sort of mood hits you, consider this:
 | If you play every single day for 10 years, and win $1 at the end of year 10, then you
just earned yourself $100,000 per year for what? Ten minutes a day? |
|
 | The other key is attitude. You can't get in the habit of playing every day if it isn't fun.
